1.2 BUYER (CONSUMER)
The person who places an order on the website, whether registered or not.

Subject

This agreement covers the rights and obligations of the parties under Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation, regarding the sale and delivery of the products/services ordered electronically by the BUYER from the SELLER’s websites www.lvgtekstil.com or www.louisvgerstner.com or www.lvgelite.com with the product specifications and sales price stated below.

Product Information Covered by the Agreement

The type, code, quantity, brand/model, color, sale price, and payment method of the product/service are specified in the invoice and/or order summary related to the BUYER’s order.

General Provisions

The BUYER acknowledges and declares that they have read and understood the basic features of the product/service, sales price, payment method, and delivery information, and have confirmed these electronically.

The product subject to the contract will be delivered to the BUYER or the person/organization indicated at the address, within the time stated on the site, depending on the distance to the BUYER’s place of residence, provided the legal 30-day period is not exceeded.

If the ordered product/service cannot be supplied, the SELLER may notify the BUYER within 3 (three) days and either supply another product of equal quality and price or refund the payment.

The SELLER shall not be held responsible for delays in delivery caused by the cargo company’s service disruptions.

If the BUYER does not pay for the ordered product or the payment is canceled by the bank, the SELLER’s obligation to deliver the product is nullified.

The BUYER is obliged to inspect the product before accepting delivery and to prepare a report if there is any cargo damage.

Right of Withdrawal

The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days without any reason or penalty.

The withdrawal period starts from the delivery date of the product to the BUYER.

Withdrawal notification must be made in writing or by email to info@louisvgerstner.com.

Products returned under the right of withdrawal must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

Shipping costs for returns under the right of withdrawal are the responsibility of the BUYER.

After the returned product reaches the SELLER and is inspected and approved, the product price will be refunded to the BUYER within 14 days at the latest.

Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Does Not Apply

• Products prepared according to the BUYER’s special requests or explicitly personal needs.

• Products whose packaging has been opened or that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g., underwear, cosmetics, etc.).

• Products with protective elements such as packaging, seals, bands opened after delivery.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved by the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the BUYER’s place of residence, within the monetary limits announced by the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Trade.

Entry into Force

By placing an order on lvgtekstil.com or louisvgerstner.com or lvgelite.com, the BUYER declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this agreement. This agreement comes into effect at the moment it is electronically approved by the BUYER.
