What is the shipping cost?
Shipping is free for orders of 2500 TL and above. For orders below this amount, a fixed shipping fee of 100 TL per product applies.
Which shipping company do you work with?
Domestic orders within Turkey are usually shipped via Yurtiçi Kargo, Trendyol Express, Aras Kargo, or MNG Kargo. For international shipments, we use FedEx, UPS, and DHL courier services.
How can I return or exchange a product?
You can request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of product delivery. The product must be unused and its tags must not be removed. For more details, please refer to our "Payment, Delivery, and Returns" page located at the bottom of our website.
